BUILD/ASSET USE RIGHTS
All builds are owned and distributed by Horace Creations LLC, but these are the do’s and don’ts.

You can not:
– Publish or distribute Horace Creations builds or assets.
– Share builds or assets between other builders or teams.
– Assets can not be distributed unless appropriately transformed. (For example, If your build only includes assets and no original content, it’s not transformed correctly.)
– The House packs are Completely disallowed on the Minecraft Marketplace. ALL other assets are able to be used in marketplace projects.

You can:
– You can use the builds for public servers or private use without credit.
– You can use the assets for your private or public builds, given they are mixed with your own artwork. Once done, they can be sold in any medium this includes your commissions, or any online stores.


Horace Creations LLC withholds the right to revoke use of assets to an individual/team at any time.

REFUND POLICY
The non-exclusive build shop does not offer refunds as the product is automatically sent to the customer and with no way to “Return” the item it would be impossible for me to offer a refund.

Refunds for discounted or removed products will also not be given out.

COMMISSION REFUND POLICY
I do not offer refunds for commission work.
